Hotel Accomodation
Reservations for hotel accommodation during the ASM should be made directly with one of the designated hotels. The ODA does not have a convention bureau or travel agent authorized to make hotel reservations related to the ASM. Click here for more information.

Keynote Speaker Breakfast - New for 2012!
Our complimentary Keynote Speaker Breakfast featuring CFL Legend Michael ‘Pinball’ Clemons takes place on Thursday, May 10 from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. Experience the excitement around the event by tuning into Michael’s message with his infectious enthusiasm for leadership and teamwork guaranteed to make the keynote speaker breakfast an inspiring and entertaining event.
This is a ticketed event that requires your sign-up when you register for the ASM.
Cocktail Reception
A drink ticket is included with your registration to this fun event. The reception takes place on the Exhibit Floor on Friday, May 11, from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. It is an opportunity to network and socialize with old and new friends, speak with suppliers and have some food and beverages, while you enjoy the live entertainment. Make sure you sign up for this complimentary ticketed event when you register for the ASM.
The exhibit floor for 2012 will feature 580 booths, representing more than 300 exhibiting companies. These companies will showcase the latest in dental products and services of interest to the entire dental team.

The innovative and education New Products Forum was launched at the 2012 ASM. Conveniently located at the back of the exhibit floor, attendees have the opportunity to learn about new products which have been on the market for less than two years. Exhibitors will be on hand to promote and demonstrate their products to attendees in this informative, hands-on and interactive area.
This is the perfect opportunity to look at what's new in the dental field, in a pressure-free, non-sales environment. If you are interested in purchasing the product after seeing it in the New Products Forum, you will be directed to the company's booth on the exhibit floor.

Planning your class reunion or alumni event around the 2012 ODA Annual Spring Meeting (May 10 to 12, 2012)? Download the Class or Alumni Reunion Information Sheet, complete it and return it to Diana Thorneycroft before March 25th, 2012 to have your class reunion or alumni event placed in the 2012 Annual Spring Meeting Final Program and posted on the ODA's ASM website.
Listings will also be printed in issues of the Ontario Dentist until the April 2012 issue.
